How do I add surveillance devices?
Devices can be added quickly via IP address, Cloud ID, or QR Code for easy remote connection setup.
Is an account required to use SoCatch Pro?
Some features are available without registration, but creating an account is recommended for device synchronization, management, and enhanced cloud services.
What should I do if I forget my password?
You can reset your password through the App’s password recovery function or contact your system administrator for assistance.
Does SoCatch Pro require a static IP address?
No. With P2P cloud connection technology, remote monitoring can be set up quickly without a static IP address.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Please check whether App notification permissions, network connection, and event notification settings are properly enabled.
